Our coaching is food-based, data-driven, and personalized. It is intended for folks who have done their research, but may be feeling overwhelmed with the amount of information about nutrition, dieting and weight loss out there.
We provide stress-management training in addition to nutritional training as our team leverages individuals with expertise in various fields, to include time management, fitness, clinical psychology, and performance mindset. In short, we take a team approach to set you up for success.
Company Founder Isabel Otero likes to inspire her clients with her own personal story of transformation. There is no shortage of dieting information out there, and many programs will work in the short term, but there is very little in terms of evidence-based guidance with an emphasize on disease prevention and health promotion. An avid jogger and flamenco dancer, she found herself gaining 45 pounds one year after becoming a mom and giving birth to her second baby. By making positive lifestyle changes to include healthy habits and a dietary emphasize on nutrient-dense foods and beverages, she went on to lose all the weight in less than 12 weeks. More importantly, she has kept if off for four years now. Her mission now is to support you as a health coach and guide you through the plethora of mis-information about food and nutrition. As your coach, she will share with you her expertise, so that you don't have to make the mistakes she made as she started her own journey.
